To this end we offer standard and refresher training free of charge to all support paying customers (at our offices). Initial training takes place at one of our offices where we have two training rooms set out specifically for store training.

Our telephone support team includes fluent Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali speakers and team members with first hand experience of running stores on a day-to-day basis. Our support hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Out of hours support is also available via mobile
