Training and support
During the installation of our systems, we will provide training for you to get you started and learn our systems. We also offer training based in our offices in Huddersfield any time you need, whether you want to learn more, need a refresher or have a new member of staff. Both our front end and back office software are easy to use and learn, and we are confident you will be able to get to grips with it in no time!

Our software has been designed to be easy to use, but don’t be fooled in to thinking our system is only basic. Full reporting and facilities exist to enable you to run a fully stock controlled and tightly managed store, with suggested ordering and profit reporting available live and up to the minute.

Have the backup when you need it the most
We know how important it is to our customers to have the backup you need should you require help or advice. We have a team ready to take your calls, and answer your questions no matter how big or small.
As well as telephone support, we also provide online support where we can take control of your computer or till and assist you. Our support desk is open 8am-7pm Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and outside of these hours we operate mobile support. We provide multilingual support, so if English is not your first language, we can normally provide assistance.
