Tan, along with Ian set up ITS in 1992. Tan also has over 25 years knowledge and experience in EPoS. Tan leads our sales force and is responsible for all major developments of the software and product range. Tan spends much social time on the Golf Course but he will always be found supporting his beloved Manchester United at every opportunity he has!
Stuart joined ITS in 1998. He has a wealth of experience in both the independent retail sector and multiple retailers. Having previously worked for Costcutter, Tesco, Asda and Spar, Stuart uses his experience and technical knowledge to help develop the software and services for our customers. Stuart is currently on a health kick and can be found down at the gym when not at work.
Atta joined ITS in 2005, bringing his experience in network and internal business systems which helped us expand. He is also responsible for providing out of office hours support, and managing our customer support experience. Atta is a keen gardener and a devoted family man.
Jonathan has been with ITS since 2003 as a key sales executive. His responsibilities are for sales and liaison with potential customers and communicating those needs to our installation and support teams. He has knowledge and experience and is able to suggest the best solution for our customers.
The sales team are at hand to demonstrate our products and provide you with any information you require. They will guide you through the installation making sure you know exactly what to expect. They have a wide range of customer experience and will be able to answer any questions you may have.
The support team are available to answer your call and guide you through using our EPoS software. Our support team are available 6 days a week with mobile support available out of hours. We have a friendly, knowledgeable team, many of whom have given long service to the company and our customers.
Our engineers are very experienced at both new customer installations and existing customer upgrades/fixes. They can swiftly diagnose issues and many can be resolved over the phone. Our engineers will do their best to ensure you are up and running quickly and efficiently ready for business!
Our product development team are constantly improving and adding new features to Retail Manager and the range of services we provide. Innovation is key to our company success, we strive to help our customers be at the forefront of new technology and developments, helping your business stay ahead of your competitors.
Our stock team are responsible for preparing, testing and shipping your new equipment, ready for installation, as well as sourcing much of the hardware and consumables.
